Founding and developing the Model Protocol for Youth Basketball Tournaments in the Northern California area,

Charles Baldwin has over 11 years experience directing AAU Youth Basketball Tournaments.

Utilizing Individual Gymnasiums within the School Districts of the greater Sacramento area.
